“Before I started working with Tiffany, I felt like I was in a constant state of stress and didn’t know how to manage it. Over our five weeks of coaching, I’ve learned how to ground myself, take deep breaths, and establish positive boundaries in my life. Working with Tiffany was such a comfortable and relatable experience—she truly listened and often connected my experiences to her own, which made me feel understood. Through her guidance, I’ve discovered it’s okay to say no, realized how much I enjoy being outdoors, and embraced the importance of taking time for myself. I would wholeheartedly recommend Tiffany’s coaching to anyone feeling stuck or in need of support to build healthier habits and create lasting, positive change in their life.”
“Tiffany allowed me space to explore my thoughts with guidance to keep me focused on my goals. She pushed me to find results and create goals in every session. The accountability she provided was just right where I felt I needed to work on my goals but that no matter what I wouldn't be judged. She helped guide my thoughts to the answers I was searching for and challenged me when my perceptions were perhaps not quite true. Anyone who truly wants to make a change and needs the guidance, encouragement, and accountability to do so should give Tiffany a call.”
“Before working with you, I was overwhelmed by job dissatisfaction, leading to unhealthy eating habits and a lack of motivation. Our coaching sessions helped me realize the interconnectedness of my unhappiness and gave me the tools to address it. I appreciated your honesty and how you shared your own struggles, making it easier for me to open up. Through our sessions, I gained valuable insights into my own behaviors and developed strategies for positive change. I rediscovered my motivation, improved my eating habits, and feel more content overall. I learned the importance of self-reflection and setting achievable goals. I would recommend your coaching to anyone, particularly co-workers who feel stuck and need to rediscover themselves.”
“Before I started working with you, I was feeling a bit stuck about the direction I was taking in my life and career. I was struggling with balancing personal growth and professional goals, and I lacked clarity on what I truly wanted to achieve. My confidence and motivation were lower than I wanted them to be, and I needed support to navigate some key decisions.
Working with you has been incredibly transformative. You created a safe and supportive space where I could openly explore my thoughts, challenges, and aspirations. What I appreciated most about our coaching relationship was your ability to listen deeply, ask insightful questions, and help me break down complex issues into manageable steps. You never judged, and you always challenged me to think bigger and push past my comfort zone.
As a result of our sessions, I’ve gained much more clarity and confidence in both my personal and professional life. I’ve learned to prioritize what matters most to me, set clearer goals, and take actionable steps toward them. I’ve also noticed improvements in my overall wellbeing, particularly in how I manage stress and maintain a better work-life balance.
I would absolutely recommend your coaching to anyone feeling stuck, uncertain, or in need of direction—whether it's in their career, personal development, or general wellbeing. Your approach is not only insightful but also empowering, and I’m confident others would benefit from your guidance the way I have.”
"I am incredibly grateful for the support and guidance I received from Tiffany. Throughout our time together, I learned the importance of being present in the moment, which not only enhances my ability to connect with people in my daily life but also helps me manage the stresses of the working in healthcare. The mindfulness techniques and strategies introduced me to have become essential tools in my daily routine, allowing me to cultivate a sense of calm and clarity amidst the chaos. Her compassionate nature and deep understanding of the challenges faced by nurses make every session feel safe and supportive. Thanks to Tiffany I feel more equipped to handle the demands of my role while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. I wholeheartedly recommend their coaching to anyone looking to enhance their mindfulness practice and improve their overall health.”
“I really enjoyed working with Tiffany. I enjoyed how down to earth, honest and open she is. She was so easy to talk to and made me feel at ease with putting myself out there even when I was nervous, she made me feel very comfortable. I achieved a new level of bravery working with her, more self confidence in my abilities and not being so scared or nervous about trying new things. I learned working with her that if I try something different and mess up, it's ok just laugh about it. She was always honest with me and I really appreciated it. I would definitely recommend Tiffany. She has so much to offer!!”
“My journey with Tiffany during our coaching sessions was a very positive and motivating experience. During the current season of my life, I was seeking support and an opportunity to be able to talk about my well-being. My health was concerning to me as I just came back from recovering from appendicitis and coming back to work from maternity leave. Our sessions gave a me a safe space to vent, seek advice, and gave me some tools to help navigate through a time I needed extra support. Tiffany was flexible and able to meet during times that worked best for me. I appreciated that she listened to me, checked in on me, and helped me to set goals before our next sessions. During the week she would help keep me accountable in whatever goals we set my sending encouraging check-ins and asking me how I was doing.
Our sessions left me feeling encouraged to make an effort to put more time into my physical and mental wellbeing. Throughout our time together I felt I was able to open up and connect with Tiffany. She was able to help me and connect with me as I felt safe in discussing my wellbeing wants and needs. I was able to learn new breathing techniques, nutrition goals, and just being able to talk to someone in a positive way about my health goals. I would recommend Tiffany to others seeking guidance and support from a nurse coach. I hope she continues her journey to help others just as she did for me.”
“My life before was constantly overwhelming me. I had low energy, low self-esteem, little patience, and I wasn't taking any time for me. I was always putting others before myself and exhausting myself regularly. I wasn't properly resting and it was taking a toll on life. When we began our coaching sessions, I found myself being very vulnerable and sharing a lot of what I was holding in. I shared that I wanted to find a balance and you understood how I felt that everything I was doing was important. But you helped me to prioritize what really was important. I had to start by making sure that I was taking care of myself. Reminding myself of what things, the little things at that, which brought me joy and happiness. Just talking about them again brought out an energy that I didn't feel I still had within me. Working on giving me that time for myself and trying different points in the day was a challenge at time and life was consuming me yet again. Then when my week was full, I had already been practicing giving myself "my time" and I felt I was still productive even if I didn't complete everything I had before me. What was the best was I felt in a long while, I still dwelled on somethings but not like I used to. Even after our sessions completed, I have continued to try to keep my practices in place to keep the energy up, allow myself rest and enjoy being present with those around me.
You made me feel so comfortable and I appreciated the reassurance that I was not the only one to feel certain ways about certain experiences. So much was relatable and understandable. I was entirely comfortable with sharing how I was truly feeling and never felt judged. The occasional reminders to make sure that I was giving myself time were appreciated because I was easily allowing myself to slip into old habits out of routine. When I shared that I didn't feel so successful you reassured me that it wouldn't be like that all the time. Even allowing me to send a quick check in that I completed "my time" helped keep me accountable and I appreciated that you didn't mind the random times I would share those check ins.
I have been able to enjoy things again. I was constantly overwhelmed, very emotional, tired and just irritable with everything. Now I make sure that I give myself "my time" and if I don't I make sure that I have slept well and made sure that I eat (because I'm not me when I'm hungry). I basically learned to pay more attention to how my mannerisms reflected on what it was that I was not doing for myself. I still haven't "mastered" my balance of home/work, but I am starting to make sure that I make a stopping point even if I don't complete something. I am trying to make sure I don't take on more than I am truly able to take on and asking for help more. I have noticed a change in my responses to others, my thoughts seem clearer and though I may be tired after a long day at work, I'm not the same kind of tired I was before.
I have learned that I really do need accountability. I'm happy that I have shared with my close friends what I have been working on and they help keep me accountable by checking in on me. Every day at work we try to find something positive that has happened when we feel like things are just too much. I have a mini journal that I scribble in when I cannot write in my main journal, I listen to the mindful practice when I do not feel like writing or drawing. I feel like I am more pleasant to be around now. My son can even tell that I may be tired but it is not like it used to be. I have been able to enjoy so much more and not hyperfocus on the negative that was consuming me.
I tell everyone about you! When my family, friends and my partner can see that there is a significant difference in how I respond, my energy level and attentiveness to myself, I know that is thanks to you and the skills that you have helped me to maintain.”
